The 2024 PVA Reunion will be held on the weekend of October 25-27 at Camp Winnekeag in Ashburnham, MA.
The following document links will guide you through the information that you will need to register and to make your reservations for meals and lodging if needed. *The information on meal tickets below is found in the information packet and is offered here as an example of the information that you need and the actions that you need to take before certain dates. 2024 PVA Reunion Information Packet
Meal tickets can be ordered online and paid for in advance (preferred).
This works well in connection with emailing your Registration Form. Or you may
complete Section B of the Registration Form and mail your payment with the form.
Either way, please complete the allergy section on the form if applicable.
We have worked with the cook to prepare a menu that allows us to be efficient in meeting
the needs of those with special dietary needs. Please notify us of special meal requests by
emailing PVAAlumni1965@gmail.com. We think the camp cook does an excellent job
of meeting requests for dietary accommodations.
Online ordering for meal tickets begins July 25th and continues through October 10th at

hope this will be a quick and efficient method for ordering the meals for the

ordering online. The deadline for ordering meals is October 10, 2024, at 11:30 p.m. EST
2024 PVA Reunion Registration Form
The registration form is a PDF that can be downloaded, filled in, and uploaded to return to us by email. It may also be printed and mailed. Completing the registration form will help us provide seating for the correct number of people, even if registrants are not eating or staying overnight onsite.
